I can’t call (not allowed by my contract). I can’t send texts.
I’ve always been roaming. France then Switzerland then Italy (since today).

Are you with us on a pay monthly account?
If so, can you check you have roaming and calling abroad set up;
You can check this by logging into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming and Call abroad and Premium rate calls > They will show as ticked if you're set up for making calls when abroad.
If they are not ticked, can you activate these?

I can’t link my « device » to my account because I don’t know its phone number and see no way to get it.
- sim delivered with no number written on the package
- I can’t send a sms
- I can’t connect to ee’s website with my sim - except if I go back to Switzerland ! 😄
I have the sim-id written on the sim card. But I can’t use this number...

So, I'm back in a location where the SIM card works ...
France and Italy seem to be included in my plan. Tick in front of data/Internet .But I see as well "Buy UK/EU data add-on". I don't know what it could mean ...
Same message for Switerland though (Which still works fine)...

I still use an iPhone7.
Of course, I've got a lot of data remaining (double checked).
