I'm in the States, and have a personal, sim only account with EE, which should be roaming ready as I understand it. I cannot get any connection with any carrier since I landed. I've tried auto and non-auto plus selecting T-mobile. Nothing.
I can't call tech support. I have no phone. Do you have live chat support to help me sort this out? And is support 24 hours please? I'm -7 hours BST.

EE live chat is available from 8am to 9pm weekdays or until 8pm at the weekends UK time.
Live chat is accessible via the contact us page here. Click on the cross next to EE and the live chat function will be available.

Hi and thanks both. I'm 7 hours behind you I'm afraid and can only get in touch when I have wifi so it's not straightforward.
Ive just checked the links on the page given and have nothing but text or phone options.

What I've done so far.
Switch off 4g
Switch off auto for carrier
Select one of the carriers in the search (T-Mobile or AT&T)
Switch phone off and restart
Still no service
