No access to EE Roaming in Spain.

Hi

we have 2 EE phones, both set up for operating abroad, and both were used in Spain this year.  One is Apple 7 plus, one is Samsung S8. Neither work and though I have wi fi, I can’t contact tech help. All the settings are correct on line and on the phones.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND AND HELP.

Re: No access to EE Roaming in Spain.

@Ladydi01 Please remove your phone numbers, this is a customer based forum, we have no access to your account.

Can you try to log into your My EE account and check the roaming status under Menu, Manage Device.

Also this might be worth a read... what to do if you're having problems abroad

Let us know how it goes and we'll see what we can do!

Re: No access to EE Roaming in Spain.

Hi,

Glad it's now working, enjoy your trip!

If you can select the small cogs icon next to the reply button on your first post, one of the options may be to edit the post. If not, a mod will have to do it for you. @James_B Can you assist?
