I bought my EE pack in the UK two days ago. It says it operates in 34 countries. However since arriving in Portugal I have had no network AND more importantly, my Samsung Galaxy S10 gives me no network options to which I can connect (Neither Automatically, nor Manually). Roaming was switched on whilst still in the UK. PLEASE HELP! Have tried calling UK Customer services. Still waiting for them to call back!

@Renben : I don't believe it said it operates in 34 countries. It said it includes calls to 34 countries from the UK. You bought an International SIM for Calling abroad from the UK. However it should still work in EU.
Did you use that PAYG SIM in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network.

You can use your minutes, texts and up to 50GB of data within 48 EU/EEA destinations, with our pay as you go and pay monthly plans, this does include Portugal.
To get service when roaming, you would have needed to register your SIM on the EE network before travelling abroad, did you make a call, send a text or use data when in the UK?
