My roaming isn't working. It's alreadvy set-up on my account.

 In France and my roamingisn't working. 

Message- lost data connectivity because data wasn't on when left home network. 

I phoned 150 and it confirmed my roaming was activated.

Is roaming active on your phone locally under settings?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I can send text messages and make/receive calls.
