So before we came to USA I set up Roam further for all 5 of us. I got text messages confirming it was all set up.
Turned on phone in USA. It doesn't work. But my children's phones do and they are linked to my account.
I can't even phone EE.
I've restarted my phone, but without being able to speak to EE I don't know what else I can do....

@SKingsley1 Login to your EE online account and under mange this device enabled roaming also enabled call abroad and premium rate numbers then restart the device

If it's already set up, please try a manual network search and select an available network:
|iPhone||Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic|
|Android||Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK|
|Windows||Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search|
