I am abroad in France and I received the text from EE to say I could use my usual plan minutes, texts and data whilst here but I haven’t been able to use my phone for 3 days now. My data roaming is on, my carrier settings are set to choose a network automatically and my dial assist is on so i’m unsure what is going on honestly.

@tyllererrinn Login to your online EE account and under manage this device enable call abroad and premium rate numbers, then restart the device.

Welcome to the community.
You may need to check roaming is active if you have a pay monthly account, you can do this by logging into your My EE account online > go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate Calls >This will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activate.
If they are not showing as ticked, can you activate these?
