Hi my phone has stopped working whilst I’m on holiday in Slovenia. It worked for the first day but now I can’t send texts or make phone calls. I’ve turned on the premium calls in the settings but this just doesn’t seem to save, every time I log back into my account it is switched off again. I need my phone working as we’re meeting up with a guide on Friday and can’t contact him at the moment.

If you cannot enable roaming and international calls via your online account, then you will need to speak to CS via live chat (via your online account) if you cannot call from another device.
