Hello @Simont2 sorry to hear you are having problems using your phone while roaming. Has roaming been enabled on your account? You can check by logging in to MYEE online and navigating to MYEE>manage device. If it is enabled then try restarting your phone and/or trying a manual network search and selecting another roaming network if possible. What phone do you have?
If roaming has not been enabled and you are unable to activate it through your MYEE account please call customer service on +447953 966 250 from any phone (lines open 8am UK time) who can access the account and look into this for you. If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also access Live Chat using one of the ways mentioned in this link. :):
