My phone is supposed to be set up to I use while I’m abroad. I’m in Lanzarote and can’t make phone calls home. I keep getting an Orange message saying “calls to this number are restricted”. This happened last year and when I checked with EE when I got home they just said my phone was enabled to use abroad. I can’t even make a call to them to see what’s going wrong. Any ideas anyone?

@Jac3418 Login to your online accounts and wait for a live chat window to pop up, you can use this to chat to customer services about your account not being setup correctly as you don’t have “International and premium rate numbers” allowed on your account
