My phone is not working abroad, I have a euro bundle added to my account however the phone says sim/network error and emergency calls only.
I'm pretty sure I set up roaming on my account before I left. I've restarted the device, disabled 4G, manually selected all of the available networks and I can't connect to any. I'm thinking I didn't set up roaming properly however I can't call customer services as I have no access to any other phone.
Any help is much appreciated.
