Try logging into your online account and activating roaming and international calls.
If you own an IPhone try resetting your network settings.

Welcome to the EE Community,
try logging into your My EE account online.
Then go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate > They will need to show as ticked for you to use your phone abroad.
If you can activate both settings this will update within 24 hours.

No and ive also tryed my sim in other devices with the same out come ive alway been able to use my phone in poland but on this trip im having trouble
