My phone is barred

Hi, I'm in Cyprus & tried to make a call yesterday & it came up that I was barred. What do I do?? Thanks

@Hgw  login to your online account and enable international and premium rate numbers.  If the option is not available you’ll need to use the live chat facility when it pops up when you’re in your online account.

Have you been able to activate international calls within your My EE account online?


If you go to Menu > Manage Device > Call abroad and Premium rate.
