I was able to use my phone arrived in spain, now I cant call it text
@Kerrygipp Login to your online account and enable roaming also enable call abroad and premium rate numbers then restart the device.
Are you able to use another phone to get in touch with our Customer Care team?
They will be able to check if roaming is activated for you.
