Are you pay monthly or pay as you go?


Did you text ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK?


If you are pay monthly please follow the steps below to ensure roaming is enabled:


Log in to your My EE > Menu > Manage device > Ensure both Roaming and Calling Abroad are active.
