I have a travel data pass, which is active, yet I've had to buy three separate 40mb blocks of data because my travel data pass isn't working.
I've tried re-texting TRAVEL to 150 but it sends me a txt saying I already have a travel pass.
Any idea how to make the travel pass actually work? I'm in the US FYI.
Also, is there any way to actually contact EE from abroad?
Many thanks if anyone can help... Though I've only got 20mb left of the latest bundle I've bought so might not see the reply for a while! :&)
