I woke up this morning and my dad and I keep getting someone that can't speak English I have tried phone 150 it is doing the same thing

Log into your online account and then menu - Manage device, make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
From the MyEE app current usage - controls, activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls

Could you try manually connecting to a different available Spanish network to see if you still get the same problem?
