@Maliha18: Did she activate roaming on her MyEE a/c before she left? Presumably not. Having a roaming allowance does not auto enable it. She may still be able to in her online a/c under Manage Devices. If not, she will need to call EE tomorrow. Use the landline nos. in my sig.

She couldn't. I called EE. They tried everything. Still nothing. I am so upset. The holiday experience has been spoilt. She can only use what's app to call.
