Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
Or
From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls

I have tried that and every thing else that was suggested in previous threads.
Me and my friend bought two of your SIM cards, one for my apple iPhone one for her android.
EE promised that they would work in Spain. Now we are our 30 pounds and stranded in Spain, lost, unless we find wifi.

EE you are a complete rip off !!

If they are PAYG Sims then they need to be activated in the UK on the UK EE network. EE is a UK network not a Spanish network, but once activated can be used for roaming, subject to restrictions.

Where did you get the SIM cards from?

 

Have you tried manually searching for another network?

 

What connection are you using now to access the community, is it mobile data or WiFi?
