Recently, I travelled to Holland and despite the fact that I should get roaming when I'm abroad, my internet worked but I wasn't able to make any phone calls or text messages. My network just said 'R'. I am returning to Holland today, how do I fix this issue?

@Bryonyevans1 Your can use your allowance when abroad it doesn’t mean roaming is enabled as these are not the same thing.
text ROAMING to 150 to enable roaming on your account.

I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer.
Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
