My add on date isn’t working

I have added £15 of date roaming into my sons phone but it isn’t working? Any ideas?

@Callummcc   Has you son restarted the device since he got to the destination ?  And where is he ?

Is your Son on a pay monthly or pay as you go account?

 

Can you let me know which add on you purchased? Was this after you landed in France?

 

Can your Son make and receive calls and texts? Is it only data that he is unable to use?
