I live abroad and my contract with EE recently came to an end and I changed to be on PAYG as I am not currently using that number (I have a local SIM card here). I spoke to EE cust services on the phone and they said when this happened I needed to top up the SIM card and use the phone every 2 months to keep the number live. I have just topped up but when I try to call and text I just get a dead tone. Please help as I can’t call 150 either. Thanks.
