i have EU roaming included in my plan but currently in Dublin and I have ‘No Signal’ which means I also can’t call EE and desperately need data for work. Help?

@Maisey5893 You can use your allowances when in the EU it doesn’t mean roaming is part of your tariff. You need to enable roaming before you leave the UK. This can still be done if you go to your online account and look at controls within your account, you might have the option to turn this on yourself. If not there stay within your account and a live chat window will pop up you can use this to request roaming to be enabled on your account.
Quick question have you tried restarting the device since you got there ?

If that is activated, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps below:
Try re-booting your device
Try turning 4G off in ‘settings’
Perform a manual network search:
|Apple||Settings > Carrier > Toggle Automatic OFF|
|Android||Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK|
|Windows||Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search|
Please let me know if any of that works.
