I am currently on pay monthly plan with unlimited texts and calls and 12GB data that I can use while Roaming in the EU as well. I travel a lot because of my job and being able to be online is essential.
All was working fine until 2 days ago when my data stopped working. I didn't use the allowance up have still 10GB. Anyone encountered same problem? I'm currently in Slovakia and it isn't working here, it didn't work in Hungary either. No Data what so ever and I tried restarting my phone even changed the device but no help.
I would appreciate any tips on how to fix this or why it's happening.

You can only roan for 30 days at a time before you need your connection to the UK network. Have you connected to the UK network in the last 30 days.
There is no specific account access on these forums so you will need to call CS to discuss this issue further.

As @Northerner says, if you haven't connected to EE in the UK for more than 30 days, that might be the reason why your data stopped working abroad (although EE should notify you before cutting you off).
I suggest you call Customer Service, they will be able to tell the actual reason and help you sort it out.
From the 15th June new EU regulations mean that EE will have to notify you if you are connecting to networks abroad more often (in a certain period of time) than the UK, and even then, they should not cut you off but start applying a small charge to your data and calls.

Thank you so much for your replies, I have been in the UK until last week, so it is actually less than a week now that I'm roaming so that shouldn't be an issue. No notification came from EE either so I guess I will just call the customer care and see what's going on cause the live chat is never available.
