i got to Barcelona today and haven't received any text to say I can use my phone and I haven't had any service since I've been here, I'm using my iPhone SE on my personal account. I'm really relying on my mobile data to get around using maps because I haven't prepared anything else. Many thanks

Did you set up roaming before you went?
If you did, it may be worth trying these steps first:-

I don't think I set it up, I thought it just worked when you got to another country.. silly me! Is there any way I get get it up and running now?

I didn't set up data roaming, I thought it was an automatic thing. Sorry! Is there any way I can set it up whilst I'm abroad? Thank you,

Our customer services team will be able to set it up for you.
I recommend logging into your My EE account on your phone's browser (not the app) or a computer. Once you're logged in, a chat window will pop up when an advisor is available.
If you can't get in contact with chat, please get in touch from an alternative phone.
