Hello, my mobile data had been working fine for the past 7 days I've been here however it has now stopped working. It was connecting to Go mobile however now just shows full signal but no mobile data. Mobile Data is turned on as is roaming and it is a galaxy s7 edge

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Also, please let me know If you are using an EE personal or business account as I may be able to assist with our live chat service?

I've tried the manual search and nothing happens, it just constantly loads however I've had full signal in this area all week (And still do)
When I call someone it says I am not registered to a network
It is a personal mobile

Thanks so much for your assistance today.
I contacted the live chat and it was found to be a problem with the Go Mobile network in Malta in general. It is now back up and running.
