Max plan

Hi!

I have been charged for add ons while I should have data included on my Max plan.

I’m currently in the USA and cannot use mobile data. 

Anyone can help please?

Could you have exceeded your 15GB "Fair Usage" limit in the current billing month?

Have you previously added the MAXTRAVEL add-on? If you have, try removing it.
