Hi, I’m in Dubai and have bought an pay as you go EE number  it was working properly but now it’s not calling or even receiving calls. I’ve opened my account and realized that I’m on the plan of £15 however I don’t need a plan just need to make and receive calls as I’m not using the data at all. 
please advise,

@K291178k : Where did you buy & use the SIM 1st when it was working? In the UK?


As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual allowances there but will need to pay the charges as set out in .
