MAX plan not working in USA

On MAX plan and when I landed in USA I received the generic charges message- nothing to suggest usage was included in my plan. My roaming is on (I’ve already my phone in the EU a few times this summer) and I can’t see any old travel add ons on my account (I did use the daily charge option last summer in aus. Before getting this new plan). Any advice?

Hello @Lkroach

Thank you for taking the time to post today. Smiley Happy

If you browse add-on.ee.co.uk/status on your phones browser (make sure you are using mobile data, not WiFi), this should tell you how much data you have remaining - if it shows you have data remaining, you are on the correct Max Plan, if it asks you to purchase data, you're on the wrong Max Plan.

I hope this helps. Smiley Happy

Re: MAX plan not working in USA

Thank you for your advice. It comes up with saying ‘data in USA’ so seems I am on the correct plan. Shame that wasn’t clear on the initial text message sent! I appreciate your help.
