Re: Live chat

Hi,

If you cannot call EE and you are a pay monthly customer you can use EE live chat, available via your online account or via EE contract page here (click on the cross next to EE and the live chat function will be visible)

CS is only available until 9pm weekdays, so you will need to contact them tomorrow at 8am UK time.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Re: Live chat

Live chat is not available to PAYG.

Try the FreeFone no. in my sig. for free over Skype.

As long as you have credit, PAYG should be able to roam.

Good morning @hayleyshingles

I'm just checking in on this with you to see if you managed to speak to the pay as you go customer services team?

Cheers
