It’s not letting me make calls in the Eu

I’m in Spain and it says I can use my plan in the eu but it’s not letting me call or text

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

If you are with us on a pay monthly account, can you check your call abroad and premium rate settings;

 

You can check this by logging into your My EE account online and go to Menu > Manage Device > Call abroad and Premium rate calls > This will show as ticked if you're set up for making calls when abroad.

 

If this is not showing as ticked, can you activate this?
