It’s not allowing me to add on roam further package to my monthly cost?

I want to purchase the roam further package for £8.33 per month. I am in the USA now and want to enable my phone data. 

 

Please advise?

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
