Hi, 

 

You need to contact EE and ask for roaming to be enabled. You can either call EE from another phone/land line or try live chat via EE contract section here

 

It can take 24 hours to activate once done.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.

 

Please also can I get you to try and ring using format of 00447*********

 

Also, please let me know If you are using an EE personal or business account?
