Currently in Canada and only able to receive calls and texts. I contacted EE prior to leaving regarding international call barring, but still appears barred. I was also told I would be moved to a max plan so I could use my phone as normal. This also hasn't happened. Please can you contact me.

Yes, I was able to contact by live chat. Many thanks for the advice, my issues were all solved.
