@BearCreative  Login to your on account and wait for the live chat window to pop up you can then use this to speak with customer services.

Does live chat work with business account and on a mobile device as nothing appears?

Hi, 

 

  • Try turning on roaming on your mobile.
  • If you have an iPhone reset your network settings
  • If you can change your phone to 3G down from 4G
  • Make sure roaming is activated on your account via the EE app or your online account. 

If you cannot use chat then you will need to use another phone and call the relevant business number via EE contract us page. (EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekdays and 8am to 8pm on weekends, UK time)

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Richard thanks for letting me know that EE don’t offer live chat to business customers who pay more! Everything else you’ve suggested I’ve tried. In short, unless I can phone EE there’s nothing I can do as there’s no email support. So all I can do is pay to call EE in the UK from a Cambodian landline at my expense and wait who knows how long before they pick up. Great customer support EE. Not!

Just to let you all know I gave up in the end and used my partners vodafone to call EE 12 hrs ago. After 10 mins I got through and EE admitted they’d made a tech error their end and my anywhere minutes will be working in 15 minutes. Guess what? I’ve just woken up to find that my phone has still got ‘no service’ its The last straw with EE who have already halved my bill for other mistakes they’ve made on my account! I’ll be going back to O2. Thanks all for helping but sadly we’ve failed!
