I recently upgraded my phone to a max plan so I could use it in New Zealand.
My first stop was Bali so I turned my mobile data off before leaving UK.
Now I am unable to get data and I desperately need it to work.

Log into your MyEE and the live chat box will pop up.

Thankyou. I did try this and couldn't see a live chat box anywhere. I'm really struggling to get in touch with someone as I am abroad and my phone isn't making calls either.

On the contact us page open up the "EE +" & you will find Live Chat, when it's open, looking like:

If you select Manage device from the menu in My EE, is the roaming option ticked?
