I recently switched from T-Mobile to EE and bought a new 4G phone.

I am in Thailand now. When in the UK last month, I replaced my old dumb phone with a smart phone and migrated from T-Mobile to EE.

I used to be able to send and receive text messages between Thailand and UK, but now I get error 10 message when I try to send text message. I have paid for roaming data add-on. Also, in settings on my phone, 'Access data using mobile network' is ON and 'Connect to data services when roaming' is ON.

Do you have credit on your account to send texts from Thailand?

 

Can you receive calls and texts?

Thanks for your message.

I can receive texts and calls from the UK. I can call the UK but texts won't go and I get a message - error 10.

For sending texts, check your phone has the Message Centre no. setting for EE as +447958879879. Your phone might still have the Message Centre no.

Hi Leanne,

Still have problem.

My phone only has one sim card.

I transferred the old number from my T-Mobile phone, but the new phone has a new sim card.
