Hi I’ve just came on holiday yesterday and I’m unable to get a network connection or use internet but can connect to the WiFi why is this?

@Linzytumilty Wi-Fi on your device has nothing to do with your contract with EE.
To get a signal on your device you need to login to your online EE account and enable roaming you also need to enable call abroad and premium rate numbers then restart the device.
