I'm Trying to unblock roaming and phone calls on my account but every time I do it days may take 24 hours, but it keeps just reverting to blocked

If this is not changing for you within your account, when you are logged into your My EE account online an option for chat will show when an agent is available.
Our Digital Care Team will be able to look into this for you when you select to chat with us.
