I'm on pay as you go dolphin plan. Can I use my allowance while in New Zealand?

I'm on pay as you go dolphin plan. I transferred to EE recently from Orange. Can I use my allowance while in New Zealand?

Hi @traceychoo

Are you on EE PAYG?

If so then no. You can buy suitable add ons here

Thanks

Hi @traceychoo

Welcome to the community.

You can use your allowances within the UK and these EU/EEA destinations.

As @Notherner said above, you can purchase add-ons to use your allowances in New Zealand.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Have an amazing time.

Chris 🙂

I was with Orange on PAYG - Dolphin plan, then in February the Orange  service transferred to EE. So I now have to log onto EE, but it seems I still access an Orange PAYG plan.

I’ve tried to research it through the menus but It lists Roaming prices for both EE and Orange. Don’t know which applies to me as I seem to be both.

Thanks. So from the add ons, do I select EE PAYG or Orange PAYG for the prices of the Add ons? I was with Orange for a long time but my account transferred to EE in February

What network does it say you are on when you text NUMBER to 150?

I think if you've now been transferred to EE, you are on EE 3G but have retained your Orange Dolphin Top-up Rewards. So I expect it to say EE.
