I’m not getting no signal in USA

Added the ROAM FURTHER add-on in store, for my upcoming trip to the US.

Since arriving I can not get any service at all.

I have tried restarting my iPhone.

Resetting my network settings.

 

Nothing is working and call centres/ chat is closed.

@CJM13 : Did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150?

Often just rebooting the phone is the simple remedy. Otherwise try logging into your MyEE account online & go to Menu / Manage Device / Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings?

Welcome to the community. I hope you're having an amazing time in the USA so far. 😄

 

Please try all of @XRaySpeX's advice. If it still isn't working, could you try manually selecting a different available network?

 

Device type Actions
iPhone Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic
Android Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK
Windows Windows – Settings > Mobile Network > Network Selection > Tap on start manual search
