Thanks for posting on the community.

 

If you log into your My EE account online and select Menu > Manage Device > Call Abroad and Premium rate.

 

This will show as ticked if this is activated for you to call from Spain.

 

If this is not ticked, can you activate this setting and let us know if this works for you 🙂
