All of the above. Got the max plans and pay above £220 a month but I’m thinking of leaving now coz I have been with EE for so long I wouldn’t change

Log into your online account and ensure roaming and international calls are activated.
How old is your Max plan? Did you take it out after 10/05/17?

Yes only bought iPhone Xlast year. My iPhone XS was within 3 months. My pad pro was bought maybe just about November 17 for me to go on holiday

I have over £160gb data. Not used any hardly any of it. I just need to find a way to be able to phone back to UK before any problems happens and I need I thought EE would offer 24/7 customer service espcially when they offer max plan knowing that there is a time difference

What happens when you try to call? Are you adding +44, dropping the 0 to the beginning (e.g. +44 7953 966 250 instead of 07953 966 250)?
Did you check the roaming status in My EE account?

@Scott_c-1979, If you are still having trouble and you are in Mexico, have you also tried 0044 and then the number? Either +44 or 0044 should work if roaming is enabled on your account, which you should be able to check via your account via the web, or have I misunderstood something here?

Did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK?
Try logging into your My EE account online & go to Menu / Manage Device / Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings?
