my wife's phone which is on my previous network is working fine. Not good enough EE!

@PetAshly9 Did you activate roaming before you left the Uk?
For some reason Ee make you do that you may be able to do it yourself if you log into My EE then device then manage device controls you need both boxes ticked like the picture if you can’t I’m afraid you will need to log in in the morning and ask live chat to do it
