I have arrived in ibiza with no service. I’ve reset my network settings and I’ve turned off the automatic network and still no luck

@Samankaur Login to your online EE account and enable roaming and also enable call abroad and premium rate numbers you will find these under manage this device, then restart your device.

@Samankaur Once this is enabled it can take up to 24 hours before your device will pick up a signal.

Every time I enable it. I log back in a couple minutes later and it’s blocked again. This has been happening repeatedly for 2 days. I can’t contact ee because I have no signal. And they have no live chat.

Do you have another UK number with you that can receive calls?
If not, and you're with us on a personal pay monthly customer you can log into your My EE account online and a chat option will show for you when an agent is available.
