I'm in Croatia and don't seem to have international roaming set up , how do I set it up from abroad ? I can't call EE customer service as I can't make calls and can't seem to find an email address

Are you able to receive calls?
If you're a pay monthly customer, can you check your roaming status by logging into your My EE account online > go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate >This will show as ticked if roaming is activated.
Can you activate these settings?
