HI,

@Mattallen1976

Try 00447*** before number to call back UK.

I hope it will work.

Thanks

Roaming on what? Did you activate roaming on your MyEE a/c before you left? Presumably not. Having a roaming allowance does not auto enable it. You may still be able to in your online a/c under Manage Devices. If not, you will need to call EE. Use the landline nos. in my sig.

Hi @Mattallen1976,

Welcome to the EE Community.

Can you receive calls?

What happens when you try to make a call?

Do you hear a recorded message?

Thanks

James

Hi,

Thanks for replying. I'm able to make and receive calls to Canadian phone
numbers just not UK. It sounds like it doesn't even connect the call.

Cheers

Hi @Mattallen1976,

There could be an international calling bar on your account.

If you login to your online account after 8am UK time you will be given an option to chat with a customer service advisor when one becomes available.

They'll be happy to remove the bar for you.

Thanks

James
