Are your calls and texts working OK?

 

Please check to make sure your data roaming is enabled on your device:-

 

Apple: TAP Settings >>> Mobile Data >>> Mobile Data Options >>> Data Roaming >>> Toggle ON

 

or

 

Android: TAP Settings >>> More >>> Mobile Networks >>> Data Roaming >> Toggle ON

Hello, yes I can receive and send both texts and calls, i also do have data
roaming turned on

Could you try a manual network search and selecting another available Australian network? You can find help on how to do that and some other troubleshooting on our What to do if you're having problems abroad help and support page.

I recommend contacting our customer services team so that they can help further with this.

 

If you log into your My EE account a chat box should pop up when an advisor is available.

 

If you cannot get in touch with the chat team, please call from an alternative phone.
