Welcome to the community.

 

You may need to activate roaming and calling abroad to use your phone in America.

 

You can check your roaming status by logging into your My EE account online > go to Menu > Manage Device > Roaming Abroad and Calling Abroad and Premium Rate Calls >They will show as ticked if they are active.

 

If they are not ticked, can you activate these?
