I'm currently touring Europe

I'm currently touring Europe & I'm unable to call or text with my phone which is no. xxxxxxxxxxxx. When I try to call, I get the message "Emergency Calls Only", when I try to text, I get the message "Unable to send message".

If you cannot call 150 then you need to use live chat to activate roaming. 


If you are a pay monthly customer then you can use the live chat function under the EE contact us section here. (You need to click on the cross next to EE and the live chat options will be visible) 



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
